General Information
The Federal Government Procurement Conference (GPC) is a national conference fostering business partnerships between the Federal Government, its prime contractors and small, minority, service-disabled veteran-owned, veteran-owned, HUBZone and women-owned businesses.
GPC is the largest and longest-running conference for small businesses looking to do business with the government and its prime contractors. This unique one-day event attracts:
- A wide variety of government attendees representing many Federal, State and Local agencies
- Participants from all over the United States including: Government (Federal, State and Local), Industry (Prime Contractors and Small Businesses) and Academia
- Prime Contractors with teaming and mentor-protégé opportunities

Each Marketing Service Package Includes:

The Exhibit Hall is Hall C located on the Concourse Level
All exhibitors must set-up between 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18th. Registration will take place outside of Exhibit Hall C on the Concourse Level.
There will NOT be a separate registration for Industry. Please look for signs leading you to Registration.

Exhibit Staff Badge Information
There are no formal security requirements for this event. Please complete an FBC Badge Form by the due date given below.

Government exhibitors must register all participants individually as government attendees (no charge).
Each industry exhibit package includes two representatives. Additional exhibitor representatives not included with your package must register as attendees. Please be sure to click YES to "Is your organization exhibiting at this event?" in the registration. The fee is $300 for pre-registration (open until 12 p.m. April 18th) and $350 after this time and on-site at the conference.
The Walter E. Washington Convention Center will be locked overnight. Security guards will be provided. However, it is a public building. We advise you to remove any small equipment (i.e. laptops, palm pilots, etc.) at the conclusion of your set-up. FBC as well as The Walter E. Washington Convention Center will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to any equipment.
A coat-check/baggage check WILL NOT be available at the conference. Due to security reasons, participants cannot leave their bags/coats unattended or at the conference registration area for any reason. Please plan accordingly.
