There are 800 residents of McGinnis-Wickam Hall (where the industry exhibitors will set up) and 27,000 active duty members stationed at Fort Benning – all of whom are actively encouraged to attend this event for specialized and refresher training, tactical information exchange, networking and education. Happening concurrently with the weeklong Maneuver Warfighter Conference, this expo also provides a unique opportunity for exhibitors to reach 1,000+ senior military leaders from both Fort Benning and installations around the world.

Exhibitors who fail to comply with the security requirements may be denied access to the event site by the hosting agency. FBC will not be responsible and will not provide refunds to exhibitors who are denied admission to or dismissed from the event site due to failure to comply with the security instructions.

Any vendor bringing weapons on to Fort Benning must submit a pre-approval form to their FBC representative or to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Forms must be received no later than January 15, 2022. Anyone attempting to display unapproved weapons at the event will be removed from base by military police.
No official event hotel has been contracted.
