Admittance to the event cannot be guaranteed if we do not receive the information by the due date.
Exhibit representatives must be U.S. Citizens.
Exhibitors who fail to comply with the security requirements may be denied access to the event site by the hosting agency. FBC will not be responsible and will not provide refunds to exhibitors who are denied admission to or dismissed from the event site due to failure to comply with the security instructions.
Exhibiting companies may bring 2 on-site representative(s) to staff their exhibit booth.

The Department of Agriculture Headquarters is located in Southwest downtown Washington DC, near the Smithsonian Institution. The event will take place on the first floor patio of the Jamie L. Whitten Federal Building, which is the USDA building adjacent to the National Mall area.
Please note - all exhibitor spaces are strictly table top displays. 10' backdrops will not be permitted.
From Maryland (Baltimore)/I-95 South:
From Virginia/Points South:
Take the Orange or Blue Line to the Smithsonian Station. The USDA Administration Building is across the street adjacent to the Mall. The Visitor’s entrance is on the Mall side of the building.
*Please note - Backdrops of any type are not permitted. You may only bring what fits on your table (strictly table top display).
Equipment unloading and visitor access to the USDA Headquarters Administration Building is via the Jefferson Drive entrance, which faces the Mall on the North Side of USDA Headquarters. The exhibit area (Patio) is directly behind this visitor entrance.
The USDA HQ building will not accept shipments prior to the conference. All display items must be brought in with your exhibit staff during the set up hours.
The Conference Breakout sessions will take place in the conference rooms just off the Patio where the Exhibit is being held.
