FBC is pleased to announce that the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) - Las Vegas Chapter will host their annual Technology & Cybersecurity Day at Nellis AFB on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. This is an excellent opportunity for information technology, cybersecurity, and tactical technology oriented companies to network with key IT, Communications, and Cybersecurity personnel at Nellis AF. This will be the only event held at Nellis in 2017.
About the AFCEA Las Vegas Chapter:
The Armed Forces Communications Association (AFCEA) is a non-profit membership association serving the military, government, industry, and academia as an ethical forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, IT, intelligence, and global security.
The AFCEA - Las Vegas Chapter serves the intelligence and IT communities in the greater Las Vegas area to include Nellis AFB, Creech AFB, the Nevada Test and Training Range, local contractors, and businesses.
About Nellis AFB:
The "Home of the Fighter Pilot," Nellis Air Force Base is home to the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center, the largest and most demanding advanced air combat training mission in the world. At Nellis, they provide training for composite strike forces which include every type of aircraft in the Air Force inventory. Training is conducted in conjunction with air and ground units of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Forces from our allied nations.

Acceptable Photo Identification:
For Non-US Citizens: Valid passport for photo identification
For US Permanent Residents: Permanent Resident/Green card for photo identification
For US Citizens: Effective July 21, 2014, under the REAL ID Act of 2005, agencies, including NIST, can only accept a state-issued driver’s license or identification card for access to federal facilities if issued by states that are REAL ID compliant or have an extension.
You must complete an FBC Security Form and submit to FBC by the due date given below. Please click the link below to go to our GeoTrust® secured on-line security information form. You will also have the option of downloading our printable security form and submitting the information by fax. Admittance to the event cannot be guaranteed if we do not receive the information by the due date.
Please be prepared to show your current Drivers' License, proof of insurance and your rental car agreement/vehicle registration at the Visitors Center to receive your Visitors Pass.
Exhibitors who fail to comply with the security requirements may be denied access to the event site by the hosting agency. FBC will not be responsible and will not provide refunds to exhibitors who are denied admission to or dismissed from the event site due to failure to comply with the security instructions.
Exhibiting companies may bring 2 on-site representative(s) to staff their exhibit booth.

The expo will take place in the main ballroom at the The Club. Signs and FBC personnel will lead you to the exhibit area.
From Interstate 15 North Las Vegas: (20 minute drive to Nellis AFB)
Public transportation such as taxis or Uber will not be allowed to access Nellis AFB
Exhibitors may unload their equipment in front, or on the left hand side of the Nellis Club. Equipment may not be shipped to the Club in advance. Please make arrangements to ship your equipment to your hotel. Ample open parking is available at The Club.
Dress Code: Suggested dress for this event is business casual.
