This annual series of Technology Days takes place at five military bases around the island of Oahu, HI. These events have a successful history of bringing together the islands DoD personnel, employees, and contractors with industry partners to share information on some of the latest advancements in the areas of Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, and C4.

About Schofield Barracks & Wheeler Army Airfield
Schofield Barracks was established to provide mobile defense of Pearl Harbor and the entire island. This expo will be supported once again by the 30th Signal Battalion. Headquartered at Wheeler Army Airfield, the 30th Signal Battalion is the Network Enterprise Center providing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) services to 40,000 customers across 22 Army installations & 4 Joint bases in Hawaii and 1400 users in Kwajalein atoll. The 30th is one of four signal battalions in the 516th Signal Brigade that support the Army Pacific Theater in Hawaii and other regions to include Alaska, Guam, Kwajalein and Japan. The 30th Signal Battalion's motto is "Voice of Hawaii." Schofield Barracks has been the home of the 25th Infantry Division, known as the Tropic Lightning Division, since 1941 as well as the Command Headquarters for United States Army Hawaii (USARHAW). The 25th Infantry Light Division is a rapid strike force of nearly 12,000 soldiers that focused primarily on training for low intensity conflict throughout the Pacific. The main focal point for IT with the 25th ID is the G6.

You must complete an FBC Security Form and submit to FBC by the due date given below. Please click the link below to go to our GeoTrust® secured on-line security information form. You will also have the option of downloading our printable security form and submitting the information by fax. Admittance to the event cannot be guaranteed if we do not receive the information by the due date.

Please have your current drivers' license, proof of insurance, vehicle registration, vehicle safey inspection or rental car agreement out and ready for the Gate Guard. You will be issued a One Day Visitors Pass.
Random vehicle checks may occur as part of normal security activity.
Exhibitors who fail to comply with the security requirements may be denied access to the event site by the hosting agency. FBC will not be responsible and will not provide refunds to exhibitors who are denied admission to or dismissed from the event site due to failure to comply with the security instructions.

This event will take place in the main ballroom at the Nehelani Conference Center. Signs and FBC staff will be there to help guide you to the exhibit area.
Driving and Traffic on Oahu: Please note that with only one main highway traffic at rush hour in the morning and in the evening can be heavy at times. Allow yourself a bit of extra time to make it to the event and set up your booth.
West from Waikiki/H-1 West: (approximately 1 hour from Waikiki) * Proceed on H-1 West to the H-2 Interchange. * Proceed North on H-2 toward Wahiawa * H-2 ends into a divided highway * At that point, turn left onto Kunia Road at the stoplight. * At Lyman Road (Lyman Gate) make a right into Schofield Barracks. Be prepared to show your curent drivers license, proof of insurance, vehicle registration, vehicle saftey inspection or rental car agreement to the guard at the gate. (Random vehicle checks may occur as part of normal security activity). * Once on Lyman Road continue to the first stop sign. * At that stop sign make a right on Humphrey Road. * The Nehelani Conference Center will be on your left hand side at the corner of Humphrey Road and Kolekole Avenue
Public transportation such as taxis and Uber will not be allowed to access Schofield Barracks.
Please make arrangements to ship your equipment and show materials directly to your hotel. Schofield Barracks will not accept shipments.
Dress Code: The dress code for the Technology Day Series is business casual or Aloha wear.
