General Information

We invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the 19th Annual DoD Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Program Review, which provides an information exchange forum for DoD Components, the Federal Government, and Industry E3 and Spectrum professionals. The DoD E3 Program Review will be held at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Fl, the week of April 2-6, 2012. Exhibits will be set up on Tuesday, April 3, and Wednesday, April 4, 2012 only.

The Program Review will feature unclassified presentations for General Session Forums conducted throughout the week and a ½ day Restricted Session Forum for “Distribution Controlled and Classified Presentations.” This year will also include a full day Restricted Session Forum for the "Navy Day" agenda.

Sponsored by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on behalf of the Spectrum Directorate of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks and Information Integration (ASD/NII), E3 promulgates the responsibilities in DoDD 3222.3 to promote communication, coordination, commonality, and synergy among the DoD Components for E3 related matters. DoD E3 provides an information exchange forum for DoD, Federal Government, and Industry E3 engineering and spectrum management professionals to address E3 and spectrum policy, operational doctrine, EMC standardization, education, emerging technologies, test and evaluation, and other matters relevant to the success of DoD's mission.

A host of technical presentations, workshops, exhibitions, and formal training seminars will be provided. Each year there are between 250-300 attendees, such as Engineers and Spectrum Managers. We hope to build on this success for the 2012 DoD E3 Program Review. Exhibitors are allowed to participate in the sessions (in some cases, clearances may be necessary).

There are several ways to enhance your exposure at this event. Please ask your Federal Business Council representative about sponsorship opportunities.

Each Exhibit Space Includes:
* 2 company representatives
* Company description and contact info distributed to each attendee in the Exhibitor Guide
* 6' table
* Electricity with power strip
* Post show attendee list (opt-in only)
